Their technology does not work. Doesn’t interact with MLB and MLB Ballpark. Customer service is non existent. Can’t get the tickets I bought or return them for a credit. It is now my problem to fix their problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company for tickets! They don’t even deserve one star. I purchased lower level hockey tickets (which were expensive) for a customer and as you can see by the attachment, the tickets were confirmed. I had not received the ticket transfer email the day of the event. I emailed and sent messages on FB until someone responded with a phone number to call. I was on the phone FOR OVER AN HOUR just to be told that the seller could no longer provide the tickets and they couldn’t find any replacement tickets. These tickets were purchased several days in advance and I received no email or phone call that the tickets were no longer available. The guy at Seat Geek made the comment that there were multiple notes on my account about the tickets but they chose not to ever update me that there was an issue. They offer to refund 120% of the ticket cost but that did not help me for an event THAT DAY that the client had already traveled into town for, the price of the hotel rooms or the embarrassment of telling the client we no longer had the tickets we promised. Thankfully, Vivid Seats had tickets and they were transferred to my account in less than 5 minutes from time of purchase

I purchased tickets which your website said I could imediately resell. I called customer service after being on hold for over 45 minutes and the customer service representatively confirmed I could immediatley resell the tickets in question. This was at best extremely misleading and more likely downright fraudlent.I tried to repost the tickets online and your service held up the posting for about 24 hours before rejecting my listing… so immediate resell is incorrect.I am considering legal action.

The worst service ever! Buying the ticket is as seemless as it gets. The problem emerged when needed support. It took weeks for them to reply. Not only that, I was unable to resell my ticket inside their own marketplace. The reason is that “system doesn’t support that feature”. Only americans (US address, phone number AND bank account) can do it. When selling, my foreigner credit card was awesome. Shame on you!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tickets I purchased based on the preview image they show on the App were not even close to the actual seats, resulting it us sitting behind a large stanchion that blocked most of the view. Tried to reach out to Seat Geek the following Monday via email to inquire about why the view on the preview of the seats was off by about 25 rows. It took 10 days to respond telling me to reply to that email if the issue had not yet been resolved. I then called Seat Geek customer service even though there was not a number listed on the website. I waited on hold for over an hour only to be told my issue would be escalated to a manager and that manager would call me back in the next 1 to 3 hours. I never received a call back. I called Seat Geek again 7 days later for them to tell me that they did not consider this to be a valid issue despite the initial customer service representative acknowledging the problem with the seats. Whether the seats were an issue or not, that absolute lack of respect for my time in this process has been astounding. Never have a once had a customer service experience like this with any other company before. Seat Geek should be embarrassed and ashamed. This will be the last time I use Seat Geek, as the customer service at both StubHub and VividSeats have been far more helpful in the past.

I bought tickets from this group for an event. The wrong tickets have been sent to my account due to a system glitch with SeatGeek. I called them right after the purchase and was assured it would be corrected and taken care of. I have the representative name and information. A month later, I get sent the wrong tickets. I have made 4 calls to get corrected. 2 times I got tired of waiting on hold. The other 2 the representatives say they will get back in touch with me soon to make it right. I’m still waiting….. I would not recommend. Use Vivid or StubHub

Absolute GARBAGE Customer Service; actually non existent. I have emailed 3 times, no response. I have spent over an hour on hold, no answer. You state after the fact, in your APP, that my tickets were released and maybe sent to my junk mail. Man, I delete junk mail. Oh, then I call the Venue, and there is NO, I repeat NO RECORD of these tickets being released to me for an event in 10 days. Do not do business with this company, they are not reputable. Now, to see about having this issue rectified! PS, how about you actually have your employees answer the phone. Such a sad state of business, not sure how you stay in business, I just know you will never get mine again.

I bought tickets to a football game for today, and while I was unsure about my ability to make the game, I continued with the purchase because the following language was on the purchase confirmation page: “Returnable until 4:25pm on Sept. 9; Return your tickets for no extra cost. No questions asked.” (See screenshot attached)On Sept. 8, I tried to return the tickets, only to find out that I was only able to swap the tickets for future credit. This was not explained at all on the purchase confirmation page. I tried to find a customer support email or number on the website, to no avail. I hunted down their phone number using another website, called them, and waited nearly an hour to speak to a live representative. She told me that the tickets could not be returned and canceled altogether – I could only get a credit if requested it 72 hours before the game. She did say that she would submit an appeal to a supervisor and that I would receive a message back with further instructions. I asked her whether I would still be able to at least get the credit if, by the time I heard back from the supervisor, it was within 72 hours of the game. She assured me that there would be no problem with the credit.I received a voice mail from the supervisor within 72 hours of the game, completely denying my appeal to cancel the tickets. He referred to fine print language in their user agreement that all sales were final (and did not address the explicit, contradictory language quoted above on the purchase confirmation page). He also did not leave a name or contact number, and he did not address how to at least get the credit (which was no longer available to me now that it was within 72 hours).I wrote back to an email address by responding to a message that the very first rep had sent me. Surprisingly, she contacted me by phone and assured me that I would be able to get the credit because I had called in before the 72 hour deadline and indicated my intent to return the tickets. But she did not know how to facilitate that process and told me she would contact me by phone or email later that evening. She did not, and she hasn’t responded to the three emails I’ve sent as a follow up…now two days later.Over the past few days, I have spent HOURS waiting on hold while calling their customer service line. The system disconnected with me several times. A couple times, after an hour or more of waiting, no one picked up.No return. No credit. The game is now just about 5 hours from starting, and I am likely to be screwed completely out of over $700.Avoid this company like the plague. I am also asking anyone else to contact me if they have been induced to purchase a ticket through this company because of the assurance that the ticket would be “returnable” and not simply exchangeable. There may be a viable class action claim to be made on behalf of all such customers. To the senior management of this company: I will gladly update my review if I receive a full reimbursement for my purchase, but that notwithstanding, this company is in dire need of better leadership, polices and procedures, specifically as it pertains to customer service.

SeatGeek really stands by their buyers guarantee. We only received one out of the two tickets we ordered. After waiting on the phone and they were quick to give us a refund and find us a new ticket. They arrived in time for our event. 10/10 would recommend.

Seat Geek Review 2021 – Is SeatGeek Legit?

The number of online ‘event ticket’ providers have shot up exponentially, and braving the storm is one such event ticket provider, SeatGeek. SeatGeek provide, under one roof, tickets to sporting events, concerts, and theatre shows. But a question pops in our head, as it always does when trying a new website or application for the first time, is SeatGeek legit?…

To answer, let me first list their credentials. Founded in 2009 by Russell D’souza and Jack Groetzinger, SeatGeek was launched at TechCrunch50 where it was named one of the top 5 start-ups by VentureBeat and CNET.
They continued to grow with mammoth steps over the years. Receiving huge sums in seed money, roping in investors and backers like Sunil Hirani, Ashton Kutcher and NYC Seed, obtaining partners like Yahoo Sport and acquiring rival companies like FanSnap are only few of the feathers in their cap.
So, if you are still wondering, is SeatGeek legit, you can rest assured. Our verdict is that they are.

SeatGeek Review 2021 – What They Do

As mentioned earlier in this review, they are a platform for consumers to find, compare and book, tickets to various events around the globe, like sports, music concerts, theatre tickets, tickets to comedy shows and even WWE tickets! Their services can be accessed via a website or mobile application. You can narrow down your search by venue, artist, team or event.

On their website (or app), you can select an event and compare ticket prices across other platforms, use their interactive 3-d map to select the best seat, check their review for which platform and seat is the most lucrative, track the event once a booking is placed and receive notifications about your event to keep you up to date.
Booking tickets has never been this easy. Continue reading our SeatGeek Review to find out more about them.

SeatGeek Review 2021 – The Pros

Earlier in our SeatGeek review, we explained some very useful features of the ticket booking platform. One amazing feature that is most useful, is their forecast feature. This particular service of theirs has been applauded across multiple SeatGeek reviews and that is why it has a special mention in this SeatGeek review.
You can login to their site/app and pick your favourite artists, teams or events. Then all you do is sit back and relax. SeatGeek keeps you updated about your team or artist’s upcoming events, their locations, the different ticket vendors, the cheapest available tickets, the best seats and with this arsenal of information, you can pick the most affordable choice.

No wonder all SeatGeek reviews on the internet praise these guys. They are most deserving of it in terms of providing customer ease and like other SeatGeek reviews, we approve of them as well.

SeatGeek Review 2021 – The Cons

Everything under this blue sky has both pros and cons. Although this tool has been a darling of most SeatGeek reviews, it does have its cons. If SeatGeek could sift through their multiple results and pick the top 5 for consumers to choose, it would be a huge relief. The gargantuan number of choices sometimes become a major hassle, creating more confusion than being of help.

Some SeatGeek reviews have claimed their customer service is not up to the mark. While using their app is extremely easy, the follow up service is not all that good. Again, there have been mixed sentiments among multiple SeatGeek reviews.

SeatGeek Review 2021 – The Verdict: Is SeatGeek Safe? Is SeatGeek Reliable?

A lot of people have recurring questions, rightly so, since large sums of money is involved. Is SeatGeek safe? Is SeatGeek Reliable? We scoured through SeatGeek reviews on the internet and we found mixed emotions towards this ticket booking Giant.

To answer your question, is SeatGeek safe and is SeatGeek legit, we found more positive reviews than negative. Their backing credentials seem solid and their website and application are both, definitely easy to use. They make the booking experience seamless.

If you still have doubts about their reliability, you can simply use their app/website to look for the best deal and then book the same ticket through a different vendor.
