The worst. They have no telephone customer support (using Covid as an excuse–hello, we’re 1.5 years into this). They sent me an email giving me the opportunity for a refund because one of the bands cancelled, but then denied my request. So now I have to go down the rabbit hole of email exchanges with someone based in God knows where.
Never buy tickets from this app, when you purchase tickets app says you will get 2 seats together but gives you 2 different seats, customer service is the worst! They are not even trying to help you to solve problems!
They are the worst ever!!!!! wanted a refund on a rescheduled concert. I couldn’t attend the date they chose. I tried calling contacting the week of the cancelation they told me the window was shut no longer issuing refunds. That was weeks after my first of many emails. Literally emailed weekly finally got a response the week before the oncert..
A complete scam of a company, they refuse to let me correct my information to get the money from tickets sale. The customer support number hangs up on you and no one from customer service is a human. This company is trash and anti-consumer.
They never answer any of the phone numbers. I keep receiving an email saying I need to transfer my Ticketmaster tickets to seatgeek. I dont know if this is a scam or what. The worst customer service ever. They just never answer!!!!!!!
If I can do 0 stars I would. Ordered $400 worth of yankees tickets, that game got postponed and I couldn’t go to the make up game because of work. I’ve been trying to reach ticketmaster through fan support since before the make up date with screen shot of the conversation which they did not help at all. 2 months later and nothing, all I’ve wanted was a refund or exchange and something as simple as that is hard to do for a large company as this one. I suggest if you use a different site to buy your tickets if you want better customer service and don’t want to lose your money.
I purchased 2 tickets for a MLS game with Ticketmaster, 3 days later still didn’t get the tickets through my email. I tried the “send ticket link via text” option, still didn’t receive my tickets. No live customer service via phone, you have to email them which so far no one responded to. I would recommend to stay away from them based on my experience and most other people’s too.
Absolutely terrible. Event was rescheduled due to Covid and I received an email about it from them. Almost a year and a half later, which is great but I could no longer go. I couldn’t find my tickets on the site so I couldn’t try to resell them or get a refund credit. Even if I was able to have gone, I couldn’t have because the tickets were nowhere to be found. Despite reaching out 2 months before, they didn’t get back to me until the date of the concert had already passed, and they told me it was not yet rescheduled. I sent them their own email back to me saying it was. And they said well it doesn’t say anywhere that it can be refunded. But I couldn’t even access my tickets to go if I wanted to? Never using Ticketmaster again.
I think Ticketmaster is closed. You cannot reach them by phone. There is a message and then they hang up. To buy tickets, you get a busy signal. This has been for days. They ask you to use your account online to get in touch with them, which I did, but they have not respondedin days. My event is 2 days away and I never received my tickets. BTW: The venue box office is closed too. This shouold be a ‘0’. AHHHHHH
