Is Ticketnetwork Legit?

Scam. I bought tickets to a concert and they cancelled for no reason. Now I can’t find any other tickets. It’s sold out. They never had those tickets to begin with. False advertising. A dishonest business. Stay away.

Do not use this service. They will not refund for an NHL game that was postponed with no date to make up due to Covid 19. The tickets or for a game in NYC I live in NC, trip was cancelled. Every company I worked with was great except this one. They could care less about their customers. I mean in these extreme circumstances you would think they would work with people, but that is not the case. Not an ethical company avoid at all costs. The work with ticketsfeefree.com there service may be for other companies too, do your research only buy from the reputable companies like stubhub.

It’s a scam. They don’t have the tickets, they are gambling you will be able to get the tickets, or offer you ‘equal value’ seats. The tickets are 60% more than Ticketmaster with even higher service fees. And all sales are final

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Like many others, I was tricked into thinking it was Ticketmaster and i bought tickets to see my favourite artist. Bear in mind, I’m 15 and I don’t make money, this is years of saving up towards these tickets. They charged me double or triple for tickets and now with the rescheduling, they won’t give me a refund! I have read reviews of people who’s tickets didn’t even work at the venue, so naturally I wanted a refund from this SCAM but they refused. Now I’m out 400$ from years of saving up to see my favourite artist, and I probably won’t even get to see him, also they literally gave me the worst seats in the place. This company should not be allowed to run. Also, customer service is TERRIBLE. People on the phone are insanely rude.

Horrible company !! When you order on their site, they don’t send confirmation emails. The customer service number they provide they leave you on hold. You will NOT receive your tickets and they will NOT return your customer service emails either.

Purchased a ticket from them. They cancelled the ticket (event not cancelled, only the ticket). Was told by AXS that Ticket Network scammed me. I lost $1,000. Never again.

I worked for this company a few years ago and it was very friendly environment and good company to work for. They offer many perks for employees including free meals, free laundry, game room, free gym etc. They really care about their employees.

This is a total bait and switch scam. Find another way to get your tickets Their customer service is basically tough s**t we’ve got your money so any issues you might have you’re gonna have to figure out for yourself.

we bought tickets and the event was cancelled. No one told us about this and 26 days later there was no refund. I called their phone number but it doesn’t accept calls. I emailed and an auto message said they are busy. I think this place is a scam. It’s unlikely we’ll get our money back for the theater tickets. i am not buying Broadway tickets from anyone until i can go to box office. there are too many of these scam online. places

I purchased a ticket from ticket network but I never received my ticket. I called numerous times waiting for hours to get customer support help. Never got help from customer support. Attached you will see a screen shot of holding for over an hour and a half with no response and I’m still holding. Finally at the 2 hour mark I received a message indicating they will save my place in line and call me. I tried emailing but my questions were never answered in my email. All they would say is my ticket was delivered via email. I asked them repeatedly to resend email but they never would. I loss $174.00. I paid through PayPal. I was unable to get my money back through them and ticket network. No help! If you want tickets to a concert do not use ticket network. I purchased my ticket the 6/4/21 and it’s 7/22/21 and I’m still trying to get my money or my ticket. I work full time so I do not have time to be on hold for hours. Worst experience every. I have attended many concerts and purchased many tickets. Normally your tickets are listed on the site and delivery in an email. You have two options to retrieve tickets so you don’t have to contact customer service or email unless you have a major problem. With ticket Network there is no downloading tickets from the site. All you will see is a listing indicating you purchased a ticket but no ticket to get in venue.
