An awful experience. Spent $642 on 2 tickets. A few days after I make the purchase I get an email from a different company asking to confirm tickets, & my ID. I ignore it. I gelt another email, so I call Megaseats explaining I got an email that sounded like fraud, saying I ne e4 heard of this other company. Megaseats says they will take care of it. He next day FansConnect emails me to say my order was cancelled. I call Megaseats they say the order is all good, Turns out my order was cancelled – avoid these fraudulent practices

Great discount on great tickets to see the Cowboys defeat Joe Burrow and the Bengals! Lol. First time using this ticket site, and it was very easy to navigate, and again, the discounts saved over $250 over StubHub’s price for the same seating section!

I purchased tickets for an October concert, including insurance, and both were charged to my credit card. Almost immediately (an hour?), MegaSeats notified me that there was a problem issuing the tickets (though no problem charging my credit card). MegaSeats refunded my ticket cost but a week later have not responded on how to get my insurance money back. Is this rigged?

Using this site was easy to navigate and see the tickets available. The discount was awesome.

Very good deals and easy to check out and no I mean No convenience fee Wow!! The only very negative thing I have to say is: I had to contact customer service and it took me almost 30 minutes before someone answers

I was looking for cheaper tickets without all the expensive service fees and they offers just that. I got the seats I wanted for lower rate than worse seats at other sites. I can’t rate a five star because I’ve only just purchased my tickets, I haven’t received them yet or gone to the venue in order to know if everything was great. I’ll give that review after the event. My daughter will love this and thanks for making it affordable to me for her.

Ticket price beat all vendors. Not sure how they did it but I’m happy they did! Anyone buying concert tickets should never buy before first checking out what MEGAseats.com has to offer.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! FALSE ADVERTISING WHEN PURCHASING TICKETS! Last friday I bought two tickets on the same row for an event and they gave me two tickets on separated rows. I called them immediately on the phone to get this sorted out but no one picked up after over an hour of wait. Then I reached out through their social media and was in touch with Bharath who promised to fix the issue by Monday. I had to chase them down for a week for updates and they said they wouldnt be able to help. They wouldnt refund me or find an alternative they said that I have to re sell those myself.
