Ich schreibe selten Kritiken, aber ich bin gezwungen, die Leute über meine Erfahrung zu informieren. Ich habe Premium-Sitze für ein Konzert gekauft und fast 2.000 Dollar ausgegeben. SeatGeek hat nicht offengelegt, dass die Sitze eine versperrte Sicht hatten. Wir konnten kaum etwas von dem Konzert sehen. Schrecklicher Kundenservice. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, irgendjemanden anzurufen. Schwer, eine E-Mail zu finden, um eine Beschwerde zu schreiben. Ihre Antwort war: Tut uns leid, nicht unser Problem. Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte, würde ich es tun. Ich werde nie wieder von dieser Firma kaufen.
Absolutely horrific. YOU CANNOT CANCEL, ITS A SCAM. No number you dial reaches anyone, all you can do is leave a voicemail and no one will call you back
0 STARS!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I will never use them again. I made a reservation in April for October. I’ve called multiple times as I need to cancel and there has been no answer. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails and they haven’t responded. Im currently on the phone with them, and have been on hold waiting to speak to someone for 2 hours now. This is ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. Very bad customer service.
I’m so disappointed. Las Vegas has always been good to us, but now it’s like we mean nothing. Trying to get a refund for my reservation (reservation #VCX-006PL0UC) that I booked back in April and we’ve gotten no response by numerous emails and they NEVER answer the phones. I have no choice but to contact the list of ombudsman, advocate and public information officers to assist me in getting our money back. Shame on you, Vegas.com.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST THIRD PARTY BOOKING COMPANY!!! They claim to have reps available to help whenever you need it, but they don’t answer and keep you on hold for HOURS. When you call outside of company hours (which by the way they say is Mon.-Fri. 8am and don’t provide closing time ??!) it asks to leave a voicemail, their website has a form you fill out where someone will contact you in “24hrs” or even if you email them they DO NOT get back to you. I have been trying to cancel my reservation for 2 WEEKS calling all the numbers they have, leaving voicemails, sending emails, filling out the form providing all the necessary info each time and I have yet to speak to anyone or receive any emails regarding my cancellation. Save yourself time,money, and the frustration do not book through them.
I’m deeply disappointed as I’ve used them in the past but past few days they have not responded via voicemail nor from my emails. I cannot believe how unprofessional this is and will not use ever again after this latest episode. I cannot cancel my reservation and change it due to their obvious ignoring of my calls and emails. I’ll be stuck going to a hotel I would rather not go to but upgrade so I know better next time. They will also get a complaint via BBB and Federal Trade Commission plus I’m writing the Las Vegas Nevada AG office.
I wish I would’ve read the reviews before using this site. I called and emailed for days beacause I never received tickets I purchased for an attraction no one ever responded. I’m pretty sure I was scammed and this site is a scam. I’ve began the steps to dispute the charge through my bank.
I have continually called and emailed since not receiving my refund for tickets to a show that was cancelled, due to COVID-19, last April. I have NEVER received a response aside from an Email last May saying that it could be up to 30 more days for my refund to be received, which I assume they sent to everyone in my situation. Absolutely ridiculous. After reading the reviews, I can’t believe they’re getting away with scamming all of these customers.
“I used this app to plan our Anniversary Weekend in Las Vegas. Neither my wife nor I had ever been to Las Vegas; therefore, I used this app to plan our activities. I have no idea what process they use to communicate sales to their vendors but it is completely broken. I purchased tickets to the Eiffel Tower Deck, Big Bus Tours and the Laugh Factory. 1st: None of the vendors where able to locate my purchases in their system. I wasted 2.5 hours with the bus tour and finally gave up. The people at the Eiffel Tower Deck told me the QR code that came up on my phone wasn’t recognized – so we left. The Laugh Factory ticket booth didn’t have me in their system either. One of the workers told me that this happens all the time with Vegas.com. They gave me some general tickets in the interest of customer service but I paid for VIP tickets. It’s really hard to enjoy a show from the back of the club when you know you should have been sitting closer to the stage. #2.: It is Almost next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. After about 1.5 hrs I was able to speak to a lady named Maureen. She was helpful and tried to do what she could to help out, but a lot of what happened was beyond her control. #3: Many of the prices are higher on Vegas.com than what you would have paid if you booked with the actual vendor. #4: Vegas.com has some descriptions that are completely inaccurate to what you are actually purchasing. Overall, using Vegas.com completely ruined my Anniversary Weekend! With the tough year we all had in 2020, you would think a service company would do everything possible to ensure you have a good experience; however, that was not my experience. I have sent an email explaining all of this and look forward to seeing how Vegas.com’s management will respond. I will update my review after.”
Very long hold times (40-60 minutes). Booked a canyon flight tour three days out, they called next day to say it was cancelled by the operator, changed us to the morning, then never provided details in an email. Called, found out we were never confirmed for the rebooking, we were out of luck. They did refund quickly (as if that took much work on their part) but the tour was one of two things my wife really wanted to do on this trip…so not impressed and won’t ever use them again or recommend them.
Our holiday was cancelled . I let Vegas.com know and my refund was in my bank 2 working days later. Thank you Vegas.com I will definitely be booking with you next yea
