Is Stubhub Legit? Claimed

Es war sehr einfach, Tickets zu kaufen, und ich habe Geld gespart, indem ich Rush49 für meine Tickets benutzt habe.

Its impossible to give zero in the same way its impossible to get a person on the phone. I haven’t felt so much stress buying tickets since I gave a quasi homeless looking dude 50 bucks for Knicks tickets as he casually ran into the hotel across the street. Never to be seen from again. Hopefully I’m not sneaking my way into yankee stadium the way I did MSG 20 years ago. Stubhub is not the way to buy tickets.

Had our tickets declared invalid as we were in the car, on the way to our Yankee game this weekend. Sat on the phone with Stubhub for an hour to get it sorted out, unsure if we were going to make the game we bought tickets for months in advance. Luckily they were able to offer us last-minute replacement tickets, but it made a very hectic experience for us. As much as I dislike Ticketmaster, go there first before buying second-hand. Will be avoiding Stubhub for awhile following this experience.

What a horrific experience! Purchased expensive tickets for H&O @ PNC Arts Center, in my opinion overpriced and had to pay very high expensive buyer fees. But gets worse; wound up with 2 tickets not going to use and sold on StubHub and of course they recommend we sell at steep loss, but okay at least recoup some money so not a total loss. But then day before the event StubHub calls and states that they don’t realize they are selling our paper tickets and demand that we scan so they can email the tickets to new buyer to use at the gate. But then they realize after they called us 4-5 times that they don’t send scanned tickets to buyers and by now this all less than 24 hours before the show so they then tell us our re-sale to new buyer is voided and that they cannot resell the tickets – now a total loss of value for the 2 tickets. So we now have to suffer the loss of the tickets. In my opinion, one of the most mismanaged companies I have ever encountered. Buyer Beware! For sure it’s the last time I will deal with StubHub!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!could not access my mobile tickets… tried calling three days in row… different hours of day and night… once called at 5am Pacific time …minute they opened… got a message saying three hour wait!!! will never buy from them again.. ticketmaster might be a little more expensive but lot better than stubhub’s lack of customer service…..

Don’t like to give 1 star to anyone but I can’t help it with this company. Fees continue to go up while customer service goes down. At a time you used to be able to get in touch with customer service, now you sit on hold for over 3 hours and still no one picks up! They tell you to call back on the day of the event with your issues. I did and never got through to them and never received my ticket. Had to purchase another one and having trouble trying to get reimbursed for the original that was never delivered!! There are plenty other company’s out there and I suggest using them. Vivid seats fees are almost half the price!

God awful customer service. I purchased tickets to a baseball game that I am unable to resell tickets for as I am not able to attend. They can’t fulfill them until a day before the event. There is also zero support. 3 hours to speak to an agent and zero way to send an email. Take your business elsewhere.

If there was a less than 1 star, that’s what I would have chosen. “Money back guarantee” … unless they change their mind. Finally after arguing my case, over several months, they promised money back. I was told “120 days for money back, then 5-10 business days for it to show up on your card”. Well, here I am well past those days, and 4 hours on hold with.. nothing. Over FOUR HOURS on hold, only to be told “if you don’t receive your refund, call your bank”. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

StubHub is a sorry excuse for a business model! I recently tried to get tickets to a concert. They had no problem taking my money, but I never received the link to get the tickets, the tickets themselves or any communication from StubHub on how to go about getting a refund. Their, so-called, ‘Customer Service’ is a joke! I’ve waited on-line at least an hour 3 separate times…all three times have ended in them hanging up and cutting off the call. I would have to be insane to use StubHub again and expect them to deliver on what they claim to provide. Never again, StubHub, never again!!!

Called the customer service line 15 minutes after it opened. Told its a 15 minutes wait.. then 25-35… then 45-60. Then 60 plus. I’m now 1 hour and 45 minutes into waiting. It’s not that difficult to estimate wait times or hire customer service staff. Get it together.

I have been locked out of Stubhub 3 times. The rep that has helped me unlock it 3 times. It now Says she’s on vacation till October 12. My Yankee game is scheduled for October 3. I’m not really too sure how this is going to get unlocked again. This has been a complete nightmare. I’ve tried listing the tickets three times and every time I list them it locks me out. I’d appreciate someone from StubHub contacting me or unlocking my account again. This just has been a terrible nightmare! I waited for an hour for someone to pick up to tell me my account has some type of Sellers fraud. Someone will get beck to me in 24 to 48 hours. Now I can’t even get into the account at all.
